My Story, I'm a girls high school assistant coach and I wanted a way I could help my players get recruited.  When I created this website we had a team of girls that was very balanced, so their individual numbers really didn't reflect how good each player was.  I felt their individual stats were not chart topping numbers to attract college coaches.  Nevertheless, I knew all these girls could play at the next level.

Summer basketball tournaments are a great way for coaches to check-out the latest and upcoming talent.  With that in mind a coach can't be at every tournament, so this website is gear toward capturing tournament play for college coaches to watch in their leisure of players.  It's also a great way a player can contact coaches to show interest in that college university and basketball program.  Enjoy!

Players, print the College Basketball Recruiting Flyer/Brochure and take it to your coach.  Once they see the time & money it will save verses sending out media kits, I’m sure they will subscribe.

High School Coaches, you can assign a team manager or a team parent to be in charge of this project.  If your school has a video department, it would be a great class project.  Students can tape and edit the games for the team and earn extra credit.  To get your 5 player FREE team account, click Get Recruited!

College Coaches, you get to watch athletes perform just click Basketball Exposure it's FREE!  This is not highlights, this is game footage broken down by quarters.  Now you can see what a player really can do without the travel.  You can create a Watch List to keep track of certain players.  Also, when a player adds or updates video footage and/or stats, you'll know.  Other important information (i.e. GPA, ACT scores, game schedules, etc.) are also available.

College Basketball Recruiting
is a serious process these days. So lets talk a little bit about how to get recruited to play college basketball?  Many athletes do their best to get recruited to play college basketball. For a college coach basketball recruiting is essential to his or her success. If a college coach doesn’t do a good job at basketball recruiting him or she may have a difficult time. All it takes is a couple of losing seasons for the AD, fans and alumni to be questioning the coach’s ability. In that being said, a college coach needs a solid program and a solid program is based on recruiting good basketball players.

I also believe that it is not up to the high school coach to get an athlete into college on a basketball recruiting scholarship, but it is the high school coach’s job to help the player with in reason. Most high school coaches are glad to help college coaches in the basketball recruiting process by recommending players. Again, it’s not all up to the high school coach. The athlete should do his or her part to be a potential basketball recruit. A matter of fact, to even be considered a basketball recruit here is a quick list for players to review.

• Good grades and good test scores. This is a key in determining if you can academically attend a college or university. It will be based on GPA, ACT & SAT scores.
• Good player on the court. Have great winning attitude and be coachable. Be fundamentally sound in all areas of basketball. Have the necessary ability to play at the next level.
• Good player off the court. Sets a good example for other students and doesn’t get into trouble at school or at home.
• Recruit the college. Send information to colleges that you are interested in attending. Don’t wait on the college coach to recruit you, recruit them!

Now you see why college basketball recruiting is a big deal, but the rewards are great. Being a basketball recruit is a great way to get your college experience paid for. Plus, most basketball recruited players say it was an experience that they will never forget. So do all the necessary steps to help your self get recruited to play basketball at the next level.
